Mentor coaching programs by experienced MCC coaches for ICF ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials

If you are looking for International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing, a minimum of 10-hour group mentor coaching is required for applying to and renewing ICF credentials for ACC (Associate Certified Coach), PCC (Professional Certified Coach), and MCC (Master Certified Coach). A mentor coaching program provides coaching as well as mentoring to the mentee coach. In coaching, the mentor coach explores with the mentee their vision and perspective of their practice, strengths, and areas of development, while in mentoring, the mentor coach provides feedback and input in a constructive manner. The mentor coach often listens to recorded coaching sessions that the mentee would have sent before the commencement of the session.

Mentor coaching serves as a powerful tool for coaches to elevate their practice and meet the highest standards of the coaching industry. It enhances the mentees coaching skills, broadens their knowledge, and gains new insights about their coaching practice. The 10-hour group mentor coaching program for ACC, PCC, and MCC is provided by Powerhouse Coaching which provides you with everything that you need to get your credentials, and the skills to be the best coach. Sessions 2 to 5 will combine live mentor coaching, round robins, facilitated discussions, and questions & answers. The focus of these sessions of the mentor coaching program will be on improving your coaching presence, crafting powerful questions, inviting the shift, and building exemplary coaching skills that reflect ICF core competencies.
