ICF CCE units to transform you into a competent and successful professional coach

Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours can be used to achieve credentials for Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and Master Certified Coach (MCC). This is not a pathway, but a program that can be used to achieve or renew these credentials. Even if you have achieved any of the ICF credentials, you need to renew them every three years. ICF CCE units are awarded in two categories:

Core Competencies: You will be provided with education that directly relates to or expands upon the ICF core competencies.

Resource Development: This ICF continuing education will provide you with education that directly contributes to your professional development, business building, and other materials that fall outside the ICF core competencies.

The benefits of an ICF coach training program go beyond the coach and benefit the client. Credible institutes providing ICF accredited coach schools, like Powerhouse Coaching, work diligently with coaches to continue to add creditability to their credentials. The 32 hour ICF continuing education program by Powerhouse Coaching is for ACC and PCC coaches who seek to reactivate their credentials, and/or refresh their skills. The program is designed to break your old habits, refresh ICF aligned coaching skills, and help you understand the difference between ACC, PCC, and MCC levels.

The Powerhouse Coaching Mastery program is divided into Synchronous and Asynchronous Hours:

18 Synchronous Hours: Delivered in English, these ICF CCE hours are super-focused on understanding, embodying, and practicing eight ICF core competencies. Sessions are 90-minutes long, and include a combination of instructions, facilitated discussions, coaching practice, and live feedback. Sessions are held at the same time each week, consecutively.

14 Asynchronous Hours: These ICF continuing education hours include a combination of coaching, self-assessments, and journaling. Students create a community and share their findings via the online classroom discussion forums. Students are paired with a buddy for support, practice, and discussion outside of class.

The highly educational three-month ICF accredited CCE program delivers 30 core and 2 resource units, consisting of coach instruction, mentoring, skill-building exercises, and peer coaching with live feedback. You will adopt best practices to overcome common fears avoid coaching pitfalls, and develop a strong self-assessment practice. The ICF continuing education program is completed over a period of 12 weeks, wherein you will review great opening questions, asking better questions, overcoming common fears, addressing common challenges, application of learning, peer coaching, and feedback.
