Master Certified Coach (MCC) is the highest credential offered by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). To be eligible for MCC, the applicant should have completed more than 200 hours of coaching education, should possess 2,500 hours of coaching experience, and hold, or previously held, PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential. An MCC is highly trained in the ICF Code of Ethics, Core Competencies, and well-refined coaching techniques.
